Please read our terms and conditions carefully as they form the contract between us and you to sell products to you. Making a purchase is acceptance of these terms.

Our catalogue and website contains products of an adult nature. You must be 18 years or older to purchase our products. You must signal your acceptance of these terms and confirm that you are over 18 years or older to purchase our products. You are responsible for the importation of products into your country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements and other statutory legislation relative in the particular destination Country.

ButterflyB Payment Information

  • ButterflyB pricing is shown in Australian dollars (AU$) and includes GST
  • We only accept payment in AU$, customers outside Australia will be charged in Australian dollars (AUS$), please note you will be charged at the local exchange rate applicable to the card you paid with
  • The full payment is required before we can process your order
  • We accept payment by credit cards (VISA and Mastercard only) via Paypal
  • We are happy to accept orders via money order made payable to ButterflyB. We will not process your order until the money order has cleared into our account
  • Once an order has been received we will send you an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to contact you prior to dispatching your order to confirm details
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. If we cancel your order we will provide full refund less a $25 admin fee

ButterflyB Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


  • ButterflyB is happy to refund or exchange lingerie if the garment does not fit. If you need an alternative size you must let us know within 14 days from your invoice date so we can send an alternative size. The size chart will help with understanding the correct fit
  • Due to hygiene reasons sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event they are faulty and unfit for purpose
  • Proof of purchase must be included with the item and postage paid by the customer
  • If returning goods please return garments with your proof of postage from the post office for your records
  • Returned garments must be received as new with all labels still attached in the original packaging and unused
  • Please ensure you are wearing undergarments when trying on lingerie for the first time
  • ButterflyB reserves the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the above criteria. Items will be returned to the customer without a refund
  • The size chart will help with understanding the correct fit
  • ButterflyB Members – Please go to www.butterflyb.com.au and login to My Account to find your order number.  Once you have your order number please send an email with the order details to contact@butterflyb.com.au. You will be contacted via email with regard to the success of your returns request and notified of what to do next

  • Please note sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please ensure your selection is correct before you order


  • If your return and request for a refund is accepted we require 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited to your account, this is the estimated time given by the bank or card issuer and is outside of our control
  • Your refund will be credited to the same card you made your original purchase


  • Subject to our returns policy ButterflyB will exchange your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied
  • An exchange can only be offered within 28 days of the date of your invoice
  • Due to hygiene reasons sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event they are faulty and unfit for purpose
  • Where a product is faulty we will issue a replacement or a credit note to the value of your purchase

Faulty Items

  • In the rare event you may have a faulty item, please send an email to contact@butterflyb.com.au for an exchange or refund and we will provide a return address.
  • Please include your invoice number, details of the problem with the product and receipt
  • When posting goods, please keep proof of postage
  • If the product is considered faulty by us ButterflyB will replace your product within 30 days of receipt

Cancellation of orders

Please note by submitting your order with ButterflyB you have effectively purchased the item and no cancellation of orders is permitted. Please refer to our refund and exchanges policy for further information.

  • Prices and products advertised on the ButterflyB website are subject to change at any time without notice
  • Colours and fabrics shown are used as a guide only and although images are given to help show true product style some materials may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions
  • To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly stated herein, ButterflyB expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • ButterflyB will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the application or use of any product/s supplied. The purchaser agrees to indemnify ButterflyB with such occurrences.

Delivery Information

  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Registered Post for the cost of $13.00 and MUST BE SIGNED FOR to the address nominated by you. The postage cost will be added to your order at time of processing.
  • All ButterflyB purchases are sent in discreet packaging (with no mention of ButterflyB) with the sender being referenced from a PO Box address
  • ButterflyB will ship your order within 7 days from receiving payment
  • Delivery can take up to another 7 days
  • Orders will not be left on a doorstep or other location, a signature is required. Orders not signed for will be held for collection and signature at your closest post office. Information regarding delivery available at http://www.australiapost.com.au
  • If we are unable to ship your order we will contact you via email within 3 working days to advise you of this
  • We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delivery dates are given as a guide only. ButterflyB take no responsibility for failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time

Delivery Information for goods sent outside Australia

  • ButterflyB welcomes customers from most international countries
  • Orders sent internationally will be delivered via Air Mail and may take up to 7-10 working days to arrive
  • Standard Air Mail costs on goods totalling up to 500g in weight are AU$35.00, the postage cost will be added to your order at time of processing
  • If an order is over 500g in weight you will be contacted by us prior to processing your order to advise you of the additional postage cost

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Your purchase with ButterflyB, based on our price list at the time you place your order, represent the entire agreement between us and you.
